Time of Shadows, Time of Wrath on Impulse
Kalypso Media’s action-RPG, Time of Shadows (or Dawn of Magic 2 if your prefer its European name), and Wastelands Interactive’s World War 2 - Time of Wrath are now available on Impulse.
In Time of Shadows, players take on undead lord Modo’s minions, who return to avenge his death ten years later. Sure they are late to the part, but that’s your problem. Using your magical skills and more than 100 freely combinable spells, you must once again save the world from total destruction.
Time of Shadows is available to North American customers for $29.99 USD.
Hardcore strategy gamers may appreciate World War 2 - Time of Wrath, a strategy war game that puts you in command of the political, economic and military decisions for one of the Axis, Communists, or Allied powers. World War 2 - Time of Wrath is available worldwide for $29.99 USD.

Impulse specials on Kalypso game duo this weekend
Impulse is offering some pre-sale deals for Kalypso’s Tropico 3 and Time of Shadows. Impulse users can pick up Tropico 3 for ten percent less than the usual price. A similar price cut is available for Time of Shadows.
In Tropico 3 players take control of the Caribbean island country of Tropico, where they now rule as the all-powerful “El Presidente.” Players decide whether they want to use the army to secure power or lead the country to prosperity through economic and diplomatic means.
In Time of Shadows, a decade has passed since the undead Modo has been destroyed. Now his minions have returned to avenge his death. Time is of the essence as players attempt to stop the dark creatures that assail the populace. Using sword and sorcery (more than one hundred freely combinable spells) and it is up to you to save the world once again from total destruction.

Time of Shadows Announced
Kalypso Media is prepping a third-person action RPG called Time of Shadows for PC gamers in August. Developed by SkyFallen Entertainment and 1C, Time of Shadows will have players traverse multiple worlds as they uncover sinister plots, battle evil forces and attempt to save the Earth from some imminent disaster involving wizardry and shadows.
The plot is paper thin at this point, and details on the gameplay are equally vague, but from its description it sounds like the game is putting a heavy focus on magic and less on combat. Players will use a variety of magic abilities and over 100 different spells, to take a on a variety of creatures and humans like dragons, wizards, and more.
