Ubisoft pushes Splinter Cell Conviction, Red Steel 2 to 2010

Announced as part of its fiscal first quarter results for 2009-2010, Ubisoft revealed that several high profile games will not be released this year. Splinter Cell Conviction and Red Steel 2, which were previously scheduled for the third fiscal quarter (Nov. - Dec., 2009), will now be released in the fourth fiscal quarter (Jan. - March 2010).
The newest Ghost Recon game and the action-themed disaster survival game, I Am Alive, previously scheduled for release in the fourth fiscal quarter (Jan. - March, 2010), will now be pushed to sometime later in 2010-11.
Sad news for anyone that wanted to play Splinter Cell Conviction this year, which looks to be the best game in the series yet.
