MotoGP on PC Rides With a Flat Tire

Apparently, if you picked up Capcom’s MotoGP 08 on the PC, you might have a hard time getting your bike off the starting line. The company recently discovered a problem with the game’s installation which can cause a “technical issue” if the game is installed to a custom directory. Players can currently avoid the issue by making sure the game is installed to the default directory (“C:\Program Files\Capcom\MotoGP 08”).

Capcom is currently working on a patch to fix the installation glitch, and hopes to have it available for download within the next few days.

wo2 Warriors Orochi 2 Update Coming Soon actionYesterday KOEI announced the release of Warriors Orochi 2 for the PS2 and Xbox 360 - and shortly thereafter announced that an update to the game was on the way. The company found out after the game had shipped that - under certain conditions - unusual slow-down may occur during battle scenes in the Xbox 360 version of the game. A release date for the patch will revealed shortly, according to KOEI. Full statement after the jump.

Call of Duty 4 1.5 Patch

Infinity Ward has released a new patch for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare that deals with a few small but serious issues. The version 1.5 update fixes a number of problems related to multiplayer and modding:

-Fixed server browser not showing all of the servers

-The hold [ ] to steady sniper scope hint will only appear if you can use it-Fixed game not recognizing IWDs existing if they are all in fs_basepath and none are in the main/ folder

-Made mod scripts able to change stats

-Allow developer_script for mulitiplayer modding

-Fixed map rotation errors with usermaps

-Fix for reloading several times after connecting to a modded server

-Fixed minimap not showing up in the menu for usermaps

-Fixed an issue with Http redirect downloads.

-Mod tools will now work with other languages

You can learn more about the 1.5 update and download it by visiting http://www.infinityward.com/modernwarfare/patch. Those who have purchased the game via Steam can simply log on and have the update automatically applied.
