101-in-1 Party Megamix released

Atlus U.S.A. has released 101-in-1 Party Megamix in North America today for the Wii. 101-in-1 Party Megamix sounds like a collection of bad dance songs sold “only on TV.” But in reality it is a collection of one hundred and one family-friendly all set in a variety of themes catering to racing fans, sports nuts, old school arcade gamers, action addicts, casual gamers, and fans of brain-teasing puzzles.

The games are broken down into three different modes TV Guide, Zapping, and Marathon. Featuring eight channels, TV Guide mode challenges players to beat high scores to unlock more games and earn bonus prizes to decorate their player profiles with. Zapping mode provides instant access to any currently unlocked game. Up to four players can join the party in Marathon mode where everyone plays five randomly selected games in a row and competes for the highest score.

Family Party: 30 Great Games Outdoor released

Family Party: 30 Great Games Outdoor Fun from D3Publisher is now available nationwide exclusively on Wii. Outdoor Fun offers a variety of activities including martial arts, team sports, individual athletics, and challenging brain games all for a suggested retail price of $19.95. Building on Family Party: 30 Great Games, Family Party: 30 Great Games Outdoor Fun delivers activities for the entire family offering lots of activities and a dozen cute characters that can participate in up to four player competitive action, as well as unlockable games and challenges.

DECA SPORTS 2 gold, in stores Sept. 29

DECA SPORTS 2, the sequel to the original sports compilation from Hudson Entertainment that managed to ship two million units worldwide, has gone gold and is heading off to manufacturing for replication and final packaging. Published by Hudson Entertainment DECA SPORTS 2 will be available exclusively for Wii September 29th for $29.99.

DECA SPORTS 2 allows players to compete against others from around the country in games like dodge ball, ice hockey, tennis, synchronized swimming, motorcycle road racing, speed skating, mogul skiing, and darts, as well as lesser known international sports such as petanque and kendo. In addition to the new sports, gamers will also be able to design their own teams, customizing uniforms, athlete skill sets and even the looks of the athletes themselves.
