High Voltage Software signs lifetime license for Infernal Engine

High Voltage Software announced today a partnership with Terminal Reality. The two companies signed a long-term agreement with High Voltage Software, who has decided to purchase a lifetime license to use the Infernal Engine. Man, that’s worse than getting married! Here’s why High Voltage pulled the trigger on this one:

Namco Bandai licenses Terminal Reality’s Infernal Engine

NAMCO BANDAI Games America has licensed Terminal Reality’s Infernal Engine for an upcoming Food Network branded cooking game, the company announced today. NAMCO BANDAI has selected the Infernal Engine to power the upcoming video game title Food Network: Cook or Be Cooked , developed by Red Fly Studio and scheduled for release later this year.

Terminal Reality will be showing the Infernal Engine to interested developers and publishers by appointment at the Electronics Entertainment Expo (E3) from June 2 - 4 in Los Angeles.

Infernal Engine and the Great Outdoors

Outfitter%20CLOSEUP Infernal Engine and the Great Outdoors actionDeveloper Terminal Reality says that two upcoming simulation games from Piranha Games will showcase the power of its game development engine, the Infernal Engine. Infernal Engine is the technology behind Piranha Games’ bass fishing title The Strike, as well as their hunting simulation The Hunt.

The company also announced that it plans to attend the Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles in June to show off its engine and to sign some contracts for those interested in licensing the technology.
