SEGA of America has released the Sega Master System, Genesis and Arcade hit, Golden Axe, on iPhone and iPod Touch on the iTunes Apps Store. Available for $4.99, Golden Axe invites players to choose one of three heroes to take on some classic action. Play as a powerful Fighter, a mighty Amazon, or a rugged Dwarf - each with a score to settle with the evil Death Adder who has captured the king and his daughter and holds them captive in their castle. Filled with battles in dark castles, on the back of a giant turtle and even on the wings of an enchanted eagle as well as unique magic attacks for each character, Golden Axe brings players the classic title using the iPhone/iPod Touch technology.
