mad09-3-640x EA Mobiles Release Three New Titles genresEA Mobile has released a slate of new sports titles for mobile phones based on many of its most popular sports franchises. EA Mobile plans to roll out Madden NFL 09, NCAA Football 09, and EA SPORTS NASCAR 09. Madden NFL 09, NCAA Football 09 and EA SPORTS NASCAR 09 are currently available for purchase in North America. Check with your local mobile phone provider for availability.

I wish this story was a little more exciting, but sadly it is not.

EA Mobile Taps Eidos

eamobile EA Mobile Taps Eidos action Eidos and EA Mobile are teaming to bring some of its popular franchises to mobile devices, starting with the irrepressible Lara Croft and some casual game properties. The initial result of this agreement will be four titles Tomb Raider Underworld, Just Cause 2, California Games X and Minesweeper, with an option to create more games for up to a three year period.

EA Mobile did not disclose when these games will be released, but we will keep you posted, as always.

EA Mobile Locks Down Bejeweled

Electronic Arts and PopCap Games today announced that they have extended the licensing agreement for the popular casual game Bejeweled. I’ll try to contain my excitement on this one. The extended deal gives EA Mobile the exclusive worldwide mobile publishing rights to Bejeweled and Bejeweled 2 through 2010.

So if it is mobile Bejweled action you crave, all you need to do is look to EA Mobile. Bejeweled is currently available on wireless carriers in North America, Europe and Asia.
