Two Ben 10 games land on PSN

ben10 Two Ben 10 games land on PSN uncategorizedD3Publisher announced today that PSP games Ben 10: Protector of Earth and BEN 10 ALIEN FORCE The Game are now available for download via the PlayStation Store in North America. PSP owners can now divest themselves of the need for UMDs to play Ben 10: Protector of Earth, the first-ever interactive title based on Cartoon Network’s Ben 10 animated series, or the fast-paced 3D action adventure game, BEN 10 ALIEN FORCE The Game.

Ben 10: Protector of Earth is available for download for $14.99 and BEN 10 ALIEN FORCE The Game is available for download for $19.99. Ben 10: Protector of Earth for the PSP system was developed by High Voltage Software, while BEN 10 ALIEN FORCE The Game was developed by Monkey Bar Games.

D3Publisher cuts prices for PSP Go launch

D3Publisher is offering a temporary price cut on its suite of downloadable games for the PSP - in support of the release of the PSP Go today. Beginning today through October 8th, D3Publisher is celebrating the launch of the brand new PSP by reducing the price on downloadable versions of its classic games for the PSP system by 50 percent Gamers can take advantage of saving on such games such as WTF: work time fun, Dead Head Fred, Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords and more via download through the PlayStation Store.

WTF: work time fun is available for $4.99, Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords is available for $7.99, Dead Head Fred is available for $7.99, PQ: Practical Intelligence Quotient is available for $4.99, PQ2: Practical Intelligence Quotient 2 is available for $7.99 and Cube is available for $4.99.

Matt Hazard fights again

D3Publisher of America has announced a brand new Matt Hazard title called Matt Hazard: Blood Bath and Beyond. The epitome of the classic, cheesy video game shooter hero returns. This time Matt is going back in time to protect himself in this all new side-scrolling shooter. The game will be released this winter on Xbox LIVE Arcade for Xbox 360 and the PlayStation Store for PlayStation 3.

In the game General Neutronov, one of Matt’s nemeses has reactivated all of Hazard’s greatest enemies from his (fake) classics like Matt’s original adventure, The Adventures of Matt in Hazard Land and Chest of the Pirate Queen in an attempt to destroy Matt’s former self in the past and end his present. Matt has no time for a leisurely stroll down memory lane in Blood Bath and Beyond as he chases Neutronov through the games of the past in order to save his future.

Outdoor Fun offers a variety of activities including martial arts, team sports, individual athletics, and challenging brain games all for a suggested retail price of $19.95. Building on Family Party: 30 Great Games, Family Party: 30 Great Games Outdoor Fun delivers activities for the entire family offering lots of activities and a dozen cute characters that can participate in up to four player competitive action, as well as unlockable games and challenges.

Texas Cheat ‘Em now on Steam

D3Publisher’s Texas Cheat ‘Em is now available for PC via Steam, giving players a different take on the popular poker game. Texas Cheat ‘Em is a variation on the classic Texas Hold ‘Em rules, by layering party games and other gambling minigames on top of the basic rules, and allowing players to cheat to win. Developed by Wideload Shorts (a subdivision of Alex Seropian’s Wideload Games), Texas Cheat ‘Em offers single-player as well as multiplayer options for up to eight players as well.

Texas Cheat ‘Em supports online multiplayer, matchmaking, high score tables, voice chat and more, and is available for $9.99 (9.99 EUR, 8.99 GBP). For more information, check out www.steamgames.com.

Texas Cheat ‘Em fis a new take on the classic Texas Hold ‘Em rules by layering party games and other gambling minigames on top of the basic rules, and allowing players to cheat to win. Cheating attacks are earned by players through more than a dozen minigames, so time usually spent waiting for others to deal or bet in online poker is replaced with small activities that earn players some bonuses and power-ups. The game offers single-player as well as multiplayer options for up to eight players.

XSEED is off to see the Wizard

XSEED Games is bringing the classic film The Wizard of Oz, to video gamers of all ages with The Wizard of Oz: Beyond the Yellow Brick Road, licensed by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment for the Nintendo DS, the game based on the cult classic film is currently in development and scheduled for release in North America in Fall 2009.

Released as RIZ-ZOAWD by D3Publisher in Japan, The Wizard of Oz: Beyond the Yellow Brick Road is an RPG inspired by the tale of Dorothy and her magical journey through the Land of Oz, showing what happened after reaching the end of the Yellow Brick Road.
