The Warriors cult classic film is now a game app on Facebook, based on a fast and loose interpretation of the 1970’s cult classic film of the same name from Paramount. The film deals with the New York gang, The Warriors, trying to get home after being accused of killing an influential gang leader. Hijinx involving baseball bats and broken bottles ensue.
The app, located at apps.facebook.com/warriorsstreetbrawl, lets you choose one of the gangs from the film and start brawling your friends - if you score enough victories you’ll move up in rank, but if you lose, you have to retire to clear your name. Users can vote on the battles and see who gets crowned the true overlord of New York.

Flipnote Studio DSi app now available
Nintendo has finally released Flipnote Studio, a free app for the Nintendo DSi, via its DSiWare storefront (DSi Shop). Flipnote Studio gives users simple tools that let them draw and save a series of images to create an animation like a flipbook. Flipnote Studio makes it easy for anyone to jump in and create animations, regardless of their artistic abilities - even someone who is capable of only drawing stick figures (Yahtzee) will find this tool easy to use and enjoy.

Activision releases World at War iPhone app
Activision Publishing and Call of Duty: World at War developer Treyarch, have launched the first iPhone application as a companion for the popular WWII action game today via iTunes for free. The Call of Duty: World at War Companion allows those who own iPhones to remotely access news and updates to their iPhones.
Players with linked accounts on www.CoDWaW.com (Xbox 360 and PS3) will be able to see key stats from the game. The application will support unique registered player accounts for Call of Duty: World at War fans by providing stat and performance tracking, news and info about the game and the ability to monitor the activity of friends.
While this app is an interesting little bauble, fans would appreciate some kind of World at War spin-off game for iPhone. Just saying out loud what everyone else is thinking.

Resident Evil 4 now on iPhone
Resident Evil 4 for iPhone is finally available on the App store - for real this time. The iPhone version of the game can be downloaded for a mere $7.99. Players control the action by using the on-screen direction pad and various action buttons to make Leon aim, shoot, move and access his inventory.
Unlike many other iPhone shooters, RE4 for iPhone lets you control the movement and doesn’t put you on rails, which is just the way RE4 fans would want it. Some say that the controls for this game are exactly the same as Resident Evil Degeneration, but I haven’t played it so we’ll leave that in the court of public opinion for now.
You can grab it via iTunes by visiting this link to get a taste of the action, check out the video below:

Hell’s Kitchen Invades Facebook
If you can’t get enough of Gordon Ramsay’s antics on the Fox television reality show, Hell’s Kitchen, then you might be interested in the free game now available on Facebook. Hell’s Kitchen on Facebook puts you through a series of rapid fire kitchen challenges to work up from Dishwasher to Legendary Chef.
What strikes me as odd about all the Hell’s Kitchen games that have been released to date is that no one wants to follow the actually format of the show..
The Facebook version lets you challenge friends, receive notifications when friends have advanced and track progress via a visual ranking system. Get playing now by visiting apps.facebook.com/hellskitchengame.
The games we're pulling together in this feature won't appear on any of those best-of lists and get confused looks when you mention them in conversation. Just because time has forgotten these titles, though, doesn't mean you should forget them, too.
