David Gallo to Keynote D.I.C.E. Summit 2010
The Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences (AIAS) announced this morning that David Gallo, director of special projects for Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute will be a featured speaker at next year’s D.I.C.E. Summit (February 17-19, 2010 – Red Rock Resort & Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada). David Gallo owns the distinction of being one of the first oceanographers to use submarines and robots to map the undersea world, as well as being part of the team that discovered and mapped the Titanic.
Other speakers slated to talk at next year’s D.I.C.E. Summit include Richard Lemarchand, game designer, Naughty Dog; Brian Reynolds, chief creative officer, Zynga Games; Mike Yuen, senior vice president content and services, Zeebo Inc; Navid Khonsari, director, writer, producer on feature films, television series, documentaries, and video games; Manveer Heir, lead designer at Raven Software; and Dmitri Williams, assistant professor, USC’s Annenberg School.
