NARUTO Shippuden: Ninja Destiny 2 released

TOMY Corporation has released NARUTO Shippuden: Ninja Destiny 2 at retail outlets nationwide for Nintendo DS. The latest installment of the 3D pocket-fighting series features more NARUTO Shippuden content than any previous NARUTO video game, as well as fast-paced 3D fighting action and a storyline based on the NARUTO Shippuden animated series. All NARUTO games would be vastly improved if the protagonist would just have some sort of throat accident. Trust me.

The game takes place after Naruto endures two and a half years of training with one of the legendary Sannin. He returns home to the Hidden Leaf Village armed with his largest arsenal of ninja skills and he finds that have friends have also become more powerful in his absence. All of them will get to put all those new skills to the test when trouble finds them.

Ninja Destiny 2 offers 34 playable characters featuring legacy and Shippuden characters with all-new attacks and character specific cinematic jutsu moves. The all-new Quest Mode allows players to become their favorite ninja and travel through mazes to battle and defeat opponents and improve character performance by leveling up. Ninja Destiny 2 also boasts a revamped Story Mode and wireless multiplayer battles.

NARUTO Shippuden: Ninja Destiny 2 is rated “T” for Teen and is available on Nintendo DS for $29.99.
