Katamari Forever gold, in stores Sept. 22

Namco Bandai Games America’s Katamari Forever has gone gold and will roll on out exclusively for the PS3 on September 22. Players once again use the Prince’s Katamari to roll up as many everyday objects as possible within a time limit in this latest game from Namco Bandai. The more objects that the Prince rolls up, the larger his Katamari becomes, allowing him to roll up bigger items.

Katamari Forever promises the largest collection of stages, modes, songs, and cousins to date. Remixed classic Katamari Damacy tunes, a brand-new storyline, multiple new visual effects and 1080p graphics round out Katamari Forever’s feature set.

In addition, Katamari Forever also includes cooperative and competitive multiplayer modes. Choose your favorite cousin and play together or compete in heated Katamari competition to become the Katamari champion in your own mind.. Katamari Forever is will be released on September 22, 2009.
