Favorite genres: The quirkier the better. If I can play as a mosquito (who also happens to be a lawyer) that's trying to impress female mosquitoes by cooking elaborate French food, I'm going to be really, really happy.

This is a hilarious piece.

I did some poking around and found another…

"Before our giant brains evolved to the point where we could kill thousands with the press of a button, angry humans did their killing business with the nunchuk. It was a far weaker, but far more personal version of the atomic bomb. You could only end one life at a time, but you got to wave to your victim. Think about it: One human form hated another human form so much that he went out and found two sticks and some chain. Imagine that. Today, Wii owners can use a far more sophisticated nunchuk to do far more humane things."

…from Kurt Vonnegut's review of "Trauma Center: Second Opinion" (Game Informer, November 2006). He was working on a preview of Project Gotham Racing 4 when he died on April 11, 2007. The preview was never published.

Hey,it's Steve.

I thought Jones was just being a Netflix-hater in his column, but after watching all sorts of cool stuff last night, I haven't been able to stream a single thing today.

I take back most of the cool stuff I said about Netflix until they get their deal together.

Ironically, it was my 360 that got me to join, but until the streaming content is fixed, it'll be my PS3 that I'll be using to watch the Blu-Rays.
