Education: A major in Music and minor in Classical Civilizations from the University of Toronto, both of which provided a firm bedrock for a career in game journalism.

Platforms played: Pretty much everything, although my preferences these days lean towards PC, Xbox 360 and Nintendo DS.
Favorite genres: North American RPGs, action/adventure, survival horror, music games, first- and third-person shooters, sim/tycoon.
Multiplayer or single-player: Single-player. With the exception of XLA card games,
Rock Band and the occasional game of
Twisted, I tend to avoid multiplayer.
