I have to say, though, that headset is FANTASTIC. You may as well pick it up with Confrontation, since even a tepid game is still a game.

I too have had to suffer the long wait to play and have been unable to play consistently. If you leave a non-spawning game site in favor of an infinate-spawn site, often times the server doesn't update and often the "lobby que's" are full. Once you finally get into a game lobby the system kicks you out and informs you the game failed to load you in and kicks you back to the channel list. The graphics are okay, COD4 is better. I wish I had never opened the box because now I cannot return it

The copy I got to review didn't come with the headset. I've got the Jabra that came with Warhawk so there really wasn't a need to get the one with the new headset included. Glad to hear it's a good one. I've been hearing that elsewhere, too.
I'm probably going to log in again this weekend to see if it's improved at all, but given how busted it is, I'm not expecting much.
