The Leipzig Games Convention 2008 was a bold, brassy, palate-cleansing affair following July's wheezing, barely there E3, and Scott Jones thinks the ESA could learn a thing or two -- or perhaps 10 -- from the European show. Read on.

Scott, we still need E3 but the ESA needs to get its act together for sure. They should let the public in just like PAX does - in fact there probably wouldn't be a PAX if it wasn't for E3's policies against the general public.

The ESA needs to decide if it wants an adult convention with no soul or something that is professional, fun (again), and all-inclusive. Your ten points are spot on.
