I expected more from Crispygamer. I thought you'd give this game the rating it deserves, which for you is a Try It. You mention all the problems that make it a bad GAME. Poor controls having to restart missions from across the city even if you fail just a second before finishing, eventhough they give you a resart option. Which is the same as just reloading. My criteria often boils down to "Do I want to play again after finishing?" With this example of bad game design it was a resounding "NO"
