So sad. Tekken was always my fighting game of choice, but everything I've seen so far makes me want to skip it.
Admittedly, my love of Tekken has a lot to do with the ridiculous characters and absolutely baffling story. Hm, hard call.

You make one little comment about a restaurant and then suddenly you are associated with Tekken 6. Seesh.

The load times on Tekken 6 are TERRIBLE. However, they're not exclusive to the console version, the arcade version is every bit as bad in this regard (which is, quite frankly, an even worse flaw).
Azazal is among the cheapest boss characters I've seen in a 3D tournament fighter, he's on the same level of cheapness as Onslaught was in Marvel Vs Capcom- tons of fast, impossible to read, hard hitting attacks, immunity to grapples, and he seems to take about 50% of normal damage. Also, the arenas with destroyable walls and floors felt rather gimmicky- like they were ripped off of DOA4.
Good things about the game include the excellent scenery (when your opponent isn't hurling your through it), the fact that all characters are unlocked for multiplayer to start with, and the huge amount of customization you're given for changing characters looks. Beating up your friends is still as fun as ever.
Overall, it's still fun, the game just has some big honking flaws. It really comes down to deciding whether or not the flaws are too distracting from the good stuff.

@Mechwarrior 2:
I haven't played many arcade games lately so I hadn't seen Tekken 6. The load times in the arcade are long? Wow, that's really stupid.

Azazel makes SFIV's Seth look downright easy. They're just taunting the player at this point...

@JasonMcMaster:
Yeah, there was definitely the same sluggishness of bringing up your character at the selection screen. And you had to stare at the annoying loading screen with the portrait of Kazuya, Jin, and Lars on it, with the same little tip bar scrolling across the bottom of the screen in the arcade game as well as the console game.

@KyleOrland:
Lightning fast attacks, he actually blocks while performing attacks (seriously, his hands actually block attacks if you hit them, so he can block incoming attacks while striking you), can't be grappled, that annoying attack where he causes spikes to erupt from the ground damages you even if you block it, and all your attacks do less damage to him. Yeah, Azazel's one of the cheapest boss characters in a tournament fighter in a decade.
Almost makes me nostalgic for Tekken 4, when all you had to put up with was Heihachi Mishima in a diaper.
