American McGee's Grimm, Episode 4
Puss in Boots

Puss's tall tale of a robbery actually comes true in Grimm's twisted version, courtesy of these shifty bandits.
There are still some pretty twisted things here: A giant gear spins off the mill and squishes some children who were blissfully playing nearby; cabbages transform into the squirming heads of people buried alive; and down in the rabbit hole, carrots turn into sticks of dynamite and bunnies turn carnivorous and start eating yet more children. (What is it with all the kid-icide in this series?)
There are also some playful moments, too, such as in the scene where the son is snivelling naked waiting for the king, and Grimm's touch turns the horrified passersby naked, as well. The troll's castle was a particularly satisfying transformation, going from a wholesome place with grass and multicolored trees to a dingy swamp with putrid mist and decaying walls.
There was also, at long last, something approaching a puzzle in this episode. Not much of one, mind you, but hopefully it sets the stage for things to come. The goal was to convert a certain number of farmers who kept changing back to the light very quickly, which involved the use of a super-speed power-up and some route planning.
I also made the glorious discovery that Grimm's pee isn't quite useless after all. Although you can't turn scenery dark by aiming at it, you can pee directly on people to get them to exclaim in disgust and run away.
The loading screen also keeps teasing me about something called a "Flaming pee power-up," but I have yet to actually find one.
