www.audioatrocities.com has this and about 60 more games with crappy acting, many of which are much more entertaining. Chaos Wars is just plain bad and mostly unfunny.

That's what you get when you have a ten-dollar audio budget; high school seniors who are either high or nursing a hangover. Spectacular stuff, though; voice acting that bad is almost worth paying for.
