Crispy Gamer, Inc. Community Rules
1. Do not use the Service or the Site in any unlawful manner or in any other manner that could damage or disable the Site.
2. Do not upload, post, or otherwise make available content that violates any local, state, national or international law.
3. Do not upload, post, or otherwise make available any content that we deem to be harmful, threatening, unlawful, defamatory, inflammatory, harassing, obscene, fraudulent, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
4. Do not upload nude photographs or videos.
5. Do not upload photographs or videos of minors under the age of 18.
6. Do not upload photographs of videos with others without obtaining prior written consent from the people featured in photos and videos you upload on the Site.
7. Do not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to others without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
8. Do not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself, your age or your affiliation with any person or entity.
9. Do not share your personal information with someone unless you're absolutely certain it is safe to share with that person.
10. Do not share personal information about anyone else.
11. Do no post advertisements or other solicitations such as "junk mail" or "chain letters."
12. Group owners are responsible for making their own additional guidelines for the group and enforcing them as desired. Group owners are able to remove posts, comments and members from their groups. If a group owner needs help with an issue that he/she can't deal with alone, he/she should contact us for assistance.
Member responsibilities
You will not be able to edit any content you post.
If you are a group participant, know the privacy settings of the groups. These are set by the Group owners.
If you are a Group Owner, you have the control to remove comments made to your group posts, photos, and videos. Please delete comments at your own discretion.
Help us by reporting any problems you see on the site including user behavior and content that breaks these rules.
Crispy Gamer (Site) responsibilities
We will not look at every post, photo, video, or comment made on the site nor do we guarantee the integrity of every member on the site. But, if we catch something that we believe violates our guidelines or the Terms of Service we will take action within 24 hours.
When you report something to us that you believe violates these guidelines or the Terms of Use, we will do our best to review it. We will not always agree with you that there is a problem. When we do agree, we will take the action that we feel is appropriate.
We always have the right to remove postings, warn members, suspend accounts, and/or cancel accounts to enforce these guidelines or the Terms of Use or as we deem necessary to maintain the integrity of the site or our business. Whatever action we choose to take, our decision is final.
We are not responsible for what happens off the site, even if it was organized on Crispy Gamer.
