Nintendo will host a launch party for
Mario Kart Wii Saturday, April 26, at the Nintendo World Store located at Rockefeller Plaza in New York City. The event will feature Jason Priestly, who you may know from his stint on Fox's
90210, his stage work, or his gig as the co-host of The Learning Channel's
Rides.
Visitors to the Nintendo World Store can hang out with Priestly and challenge him to a round of
Mario Kart Wii for fun and get some extra cool swag like personalized Mario Kart driver's licenses. The launch party kicks off on Saturday, April 26 from 2 - 6 p.m. EST
Mario Kart Wii will be officially released on Sunday, April 27, and will come packaged with the Wii Wheel accessory.
